I’m a mom of three, a hairstylist, and a Reiki practitioner and Certified Reiki Master\/Teacher.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve always been drawn to helping people feel better\u2014inside and out. Behind the chair, I\u2019ve seen how much a haircut or fresh colour can lift someone\u2019s confidence. In my Reiki space, I\u2019ve seen how energy work can help people feel calmer, clearer, and more like themselves again. Both are forms of transformation, and I love being part of that process.<\/p>\n
At Chakra Body Rejuvenation, I offer Reiki sessions for adults, gentle Reiki sessions for special needs children, and animal Reiki. I also offer Reiki-infused scalp massage as a unique add-on (or stand-alone service) for clients who want deep relaxation and nervous-system support.<\/p>\n
For those who feel called to learn, I provide Reiki attunements and teach Reiki Levels 1\u20133, with practical guidance you can actually use in everyday life\u2014at home, at work, and with the people you love.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re booking for a neurodiverse child, I keep it gentle and age-appropriate, with shorter sessions designed to support comfort and regulation.<\/p>\n
If you\u2019re booking for a pet, I work with their energy in a calm, respectful way that supports ease and harmony.<\/p>\n
And if you\u2019re here to learn Reiki, my teaching style is supportive, practical, and confidence-building\u2014so you don\u2019t just \u201cget certified,\u201d you actually know how to use Reiki in real life.<\/p>\n
