As the sister of an AuDHD adult and the mother of a 16-year-old AuDHD son, I bring both professional training and lived experience into this work. I understand the beauty, intensity, sensitivity, and strength of neurodivergent nervous systems. My goal is never to \u201cfix\u201d a child, but to support regulation, emotional grounding, and a sense of safety always at their pace.<\/p>\n
